Dr.Nick and Olga Oleynikova at «Soyuz Kompozitorov» 4 September

The result of creative relations of Olga Oleynikova and Dmitriy Kazantsev (dr. Nick) was the birth of a unique in its creative approach, musical direction and the quality of performance folk project Mellow Yellow. Originally the base of repertoire consisted of the English, Irish, Scottish and American "folk" music, but over time the repertoire has expanded substantially through the world of rock, blues, soul, gospel and rock'n'roll classics, as well as their own songs performed in their favorite style.

Rock-festival «Indyushata-2012» at 16 Tons 4-5 September

The oldest in Russia show of independent bands and artists. Its name dates back to the term "indie", setting up the audience on the non-mainstream direction. It involved bands playing in different genres and directions: from the garage rhythm and blues to dubstep, from folk-rock to noise electronics.

The new generation of independent indie bands this year will be represented by "Drugoye delo" (Divnogorie), Jack Wood (Tomsk), Clover Club (Minsk), Cardio Beat (Almaty), The UPS! (St. Petersburg), Jet Kids (Moscow), Alter EGO (Kostroma), SOFIA BRIDGE (St. Petersburg), Skill Toys (Voronezh), The Dog (Moscow), GuntanoMo (Seversk). The special guest of the festival will be a surprise band.
