In 2011 the capitol of Russia also found it's own brand - WowMoscow. The core idea of the WowMoscow brand is a smile - symbol representing happiness and joy, which have universal meaning and do not require translation. 

WowMoscow was initiated by the non-governmental organization "Capital - international cultural center" in order to promote Moscow as a tourist destination and raise loyalty to the capital within Russian and foreign travelers.
